Cleaning Zone gives a choice to our clients.
If you have a list of cleaning products you want us to use, that's OK with us. We can supply our own also. We have eco-friendly products the choice is up to you.

For sanitary and allergy reasons, we highly recommend using your vacuum if you have pets, whether they shed or not. Hepa filters are expensive; cat litter and hair get trapped inside, and we do not want to carry dirty filters and vacuum bag from house to house. Otherwise, we can use the clients. If we need to use our vacuum with pets, there will be an extra cost for replacing the vacuum bag and filter.
Payment is due on the day of cleaning. if you pay for your cleaning service in advance we will give a discount.

Home and office cleaning ranges in price depending on a few factors, such as the size of the home, amount of pets, and how many rooms and bathrooms to be cleaned. A home with sq between 1200 to 2000 ranges from $125.00 to $145.00. While much larger estate cleaning services can range up to but not limited to $300.00. Small office cleaning cost is per sq or a flat rate.
During the initial "walkthrough" of your home or office, we had a conversation pertaining to your cleaning needs. We base your cleaning estimate on the amount of work involved. we keep a set cost of the cleaning service even if one week you do not want to have a room clean.
It is a common problem we send our cleaning across town in traffic and bad weather to a cleaning service, and clients forget to leave the key under the mat or the garage door code is not working. You call the same day because you're leaving out of town. We understand that on the day of your cleaning, the cleaner does not show up. You took the day off, and it would be very upsetting also. We understand there are uncontrollable circumstances that are out of our control. We ask you to text, call or email us 24 hours to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment.
As you may know, the weather is unpredictable it will come at a time that on the day of your cleaning, you may wake up in the morning the weather is fine, but the weather can change pretty quickly, and we will make a decision not to put our cleaner in danger, at this time we would call or text you and reschedule your cleaning without giving a time notice. We will do our best to contact you as soon as we can.
Absolutely not, most clients prefer not to be home during the cleaning day.
If you have pets, please keep them away from the cleaning area. For sanitary and safety reasons, cleaning zone team members are not permitted to clean or pick up any pet droppings.
